Job Responsibilities :
- Assist Operations Manager in all aspects of managing the food court.
- Report to Operations Manager of any irregularities or any breach of company’s regulations by tenants or staff.
Requirements :
- With food court experience is preferable

| 2. Food Court Manager |
|
Job Responsibilities :
- Monitor daily sales and proper cost control.
- Handles petty cash float and arrange regular maintenance.
- Liaise and maintain good working relationship with inspectors from agencies, tenants, landlord and cleaning contractors.
Requirements :
- With food court experience is preferable
