How it all started
Established in 1999 by our Managing Director Mr Alan Lee, we opened our first Banquet food court at Jurong Point Shopping Centre, the first food court to serve only Halal food, which endorsed by MUIS ("Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura"), the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore.
By Offering a wide array of high-quality, Halal-certified, innovative local and international cuisines in pleasant and comfortable dining environment, Banquet proved to be an immediate success, with the Muslim community. We have grown by leaps and bounds since the opening of our first Banquet food court. Today, we have become a trusted household brand among the Muslim community, with a fast-growing customer base among the general population. |
