1. What is Banquet Belly Good Card?
Banquet Belly Good Card is a stored value card which allows you to make purchase(s) at any stalls in Banquet Food Courts and selected Ah Mei Cafes.
2. What are the privileges for using the Belly Good Card?
You can enjoy 10% discount in all Banquet owned brands such as Ah Mei Café, Treats @ Parkway, Mega Food Mall @ Causeway, Café @ The Frontier, Bagus @ IMM, Prata Prata @ Maple Tree, Beer Garden(selected items only at Jurong) and 5% at WENDY'S®.
3. How do I use the Belly Good Card?
Present your Belly Good Card to the service staff at the point of payment. The staff will tap your card and deduct the food item value accordingly based on what you spend. Receipts will be printed and given to you with your once the transaction ends.
4. Where can I use the Belly Good Card?
You can use the Belly Good Card in all Banquet owned brands such as Ah Mei Café, Treats @ Parkway, Mega Food Mall @ Causeway, Café @ The Frontier, Bagus @ IMM, Prata Prata @ Maple Tree, Beer Garden(selected items only at Jurong) and WENDY'S®. 5. What is the denomination that I can use for the top up kiosk?
The top up kiosk accept denomination of Singapore Dollars in $2, $5, $10, $50 and $100 notes only.
6. What are the minimum and the maximum amount that I can top up to the card?
The minimum top-up value is $2 and up to a maximum of $100.
7. Where can I buy the Belly Good Card?
You can purchase at any Banquet Food Court Drinks Stall and top up at the Top-Up Kiosks. You can now also buy and top up your card at the selected Ah Mei Café which is Orchard Paragon, Rail Mall, Sun Plaza and Novena Square. Please refer to our website at "Where to Purchase" for more details.
8. Is there any membership fee for getting the Belly Good Card?
There is no membership fee; however there is a $5 admin charge for the purchase of the card.
9. Is there any refundable deposit for the Belly Good Card?
There is no refundable deposit.
10. Where can I check the balance of the Belly Good Card?
You can check your card balance amount at any Top-Up Kiosks in 2 steps. Insert your card and click "Check Value", the value will show on the screen.
11. Is there any validity period for the Belly Good Card?
Yes. All Belly Good Cards are valid for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Upon expiry, all Belly Good Card can be renewed at any Banquet Food outlets Top-Up Kiosks. There will be a renewal fee of $2 deducted from the card balance and free renewal if you spend more than $2000 within the 2 years use of the card.
12. Is there any expiry date for the card?
Yes. There is an expiry for every card. The card is valid or 2 years. Example: You bought your card in 25 August 2011, your card expiry date will be on 24 August 2013.
13. Where can I check the expiry date for my card?
You can check your card expiry date conveniently at any Top-Up Kiosks in just 2 steps. Insert your card and click "check value", the expiry date will be reflected above your card value.
14. Will my stored value be forfeited once my card expired?
Banquet will make a full refund of any remaining Stored Value in all Banquet Cards at any Banquet Card Retail Kioks where such claim is made during the Validity Period or further Validity Period as the case may be, of the Banquet Card. The Banquet Card shall no longer be valid for further renewal, top up and/ or use after the further Validity Period. An administrative fee of $2.00 (Dollars Two Only) will be imposed for every month or part thereof beginning from the expired month of the card to the day of the claim for the refund.
15. Can I top up my card using NETS or VISA instead of using cash?
As of now, you can only top up your Belly Good Card with Cash.
16. What can I do if I lost my card?
No claims will be granted for lost, defaced, defected, broken, damaged and stolen cards. Hence, you are strongly encouraged to take good care of your card.
17. What is Banquet Top-Up Kiosk?
Banquet Card Top-Up Kiosk is an enhancement to the Banquet Card Programme. It's a DIY cash
Top-Up machine that allows customer to manually store value into their Belly Good Cards. Exact Change must be used.
18. How do I use the Belly Good Card Top-Up Kiosk?
An easy step by step guide is flashed on the monitor. Just follow through the step-by-step visual guide and instructions. Please remember to always print, collect and check receipt after each top-up.
19. What should I do if I encounter any problem with the Top-Up Kiosk?
Please approach our Operations Manager on-duty. We have also printed the customer hotline number behind the card where you will be able to contact us easily.
20. What should I do if my card is not readable?
There could be 2 scenarios if you card is not readable. It may either be expired damaged. Please approach the Operations Manager on Duty for assistance.
21. Where can I find the Top-Up Kiosks?
All Banquet Top-Up Kiosks can be found at all Banquet Food outlets.
22. Am I entitled to any further discount on any promotional items?
No further discounts are applicable for any other promotional offers.
